1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

Under Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days of the physical receipt of the product, without needing to state a reason. This period is counted from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

2. EXERCISING YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS

For a return to be accepted, the product must be:

• In its original packaging, with no signs of use

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

• With all original tags and accessories

• Free from odours, stains, or damage

4. NON-ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

Under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised

• Goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned or deteriorate rapidly

• Sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons

5. RETURN COSTS

Withdrawal by right of withdrawal: the cost of return shipping is the consumer's responsibility, unless AUREN has agreed to bear this cost.

Return due to defect: AUREN bears all costs of return shipping and redelivery.

6. REFUNDS

We will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs from your choice of a non-standard delivery method), within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

7. EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER SIZE / COLOUR

If you wish to exchange for a different size or colour, please follow the return process and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time.

8. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If the product has a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to repair, replacement, an appropriate price reduction, or contract termination, under Directive 1999/44/EC. The period for reporting the defect is 2 years from delivery.
